Okay, so my body has been in a lot of pain that last few days, so I decided to get my mind off of it by "writing." I'm still trying to figure out what I should write about, so I'm hoping by the time I finish this sentence, I'll have an idea.
Didn't happen. I thought that would really work, too. I still have a few "requests" to fill, but it's taking a lot of time (as usual) to think of how to "write" about those requests. I guess I can fill "y'all" (I use the term y'all quite often, I only put it in quotes because I have like 4 followers) in on what's been "happening" in my life since I last "updated." Speaking of followers, please take a moment to look at who is following me.... You should be done now. Yes, I am one of the followers. I have no idea how it happened, and I have no idea how to stop it. Please help me not look vain and tell me how TO STOP FOLLOWING MYSELF.
Well, I've started a new phase at my school. I am no longer doing all mannequin work (I do have to break out the mannequin heads every once in a while), and am working on real people. SCARY! I've been giving people manicures and pedicures for the past week and a half, and it's been a nice change. However, bending over all day to put polish on people's feet is seriously causing me some pain. I didn't realize being a cosmetologist would force me into finding a masseuse... especially when I'm on my feet all day! Feel bad for me!
Oh! And I found out that for the past 2-3 years I've had TMJ. What is TMJ, you say? It is: "an umbrella term covering acute or chronic inflammation of the temporomandibular joint, which connects the mandible to the skull. The disorder and resultant dysfunction can result in significant pain and impairment. Because the disorder transcends the boundaries between several health-care disciplines — in particular, dentistry and neurology — there are a variety of treatment approaches." I have NO idea what that all means... but basically my jaw is clenched all the live long day. I wear a dorky night guard every night (and wrist braces... sexy) to keep my teeth from grinding, and I have painful headaches all the time. I guess I'm a stressed out person? Wow. I'm a stressed out person.
And last but not least, I went to a casting call today with my sister, one of my best friends and her sister... and eventually the rest of their family came along and joined us in line (yes, they cutted. We tried making them feel bad!). And North Carolina is in freak out mode. I mean, before I found out they wanted extras for the movie that were from the area, I was determined to be a "stalker to the max!" I mean come on... a movie that's going to be bigger and BETTER than Twilight?! All I need to do is find out what Artemis is about.
And that... is my exciting life. Oh and my Mom talked to me about my bridal party line up today. Gotta love when your family makes up imaginary fiances!
Sorry this one was boring. I wasn't really in the mood to "write", but I needed a distraction... which didn't really help when I talked about my physical problems... especially the ones I'm trying to avoid thinking about. Well, wish me luck for the casting!

Since I Think That Bruno Mars Is Ridiculous
Bruno Mars is full of crap.
Most of my friends know I feel this way because every time I hear a song by him on the radio, I say those exact words: “Bruno Mars is full of crap.”
I’m sorry for those of “you” (I’m pretty sure there are like a whole of 5 people that read this every once in awhile) who really like Bruno Mars. I’ll give him credit that he’s a very talented musician… but that doesn’t change that he lies through his lyrics.
Granted, he probably legitimately feels the way he does in his songs. Take Just The Way You Are (Nothing On You is also interchangeable) for example: “Cause girl you’re amazing, just the way you are.” Right. If you’re a super model maybe? And don’t get me wrong, I absolutely believe that the best beauty is completely natural. But I’ve heard some thoughts from guy friends in what they think about other girls… and the thoughts aren’t exactly nice. Now, there’s a certain girl for every guy out there, and I’m sure they truly think this one girl is just amazing the way she is. However, Bruno Mars is trying to appeal to the female race in saying “You’re amazing… just the way you are… ladies” (I paraphrased a bit). So this leads to a bunch of girls thinking “Oh.my.gosh. Bruno Mars thinks I’m so hott just the way I am!” Honey… he’s trying to make money. He has a bunch of girls throwing themselves at him, and I’m sure is singing this song to them. I’m not saying all guys are full of crap when they say things like this. I’m saying Bruno Mars is.
And how about my “favorite” song, Grenade? Wow. I just need to get this out of the way. The beginning of the song he says “Should’ve known you was trouble from the first kiss; had your eyes wide open…. WHY WERE THEY OPEN?” Okay so three possibilities of how Bruno Mars knew this chick’s eyes were wide open. 1.) He had creepy friends watching their first kiss and were like “Bro… her eyes were NOT closed and she was staring hard at you.” 2.) She blatantly told him after they kissed “You look funny when you first kiss a girl.” 3.) HE WAS STARING STRAIGHT BACK AT HER.
I’m still trying to weight out the possibilities, so I’ll let you make your own decision without telling you what I think.
Next point about “Grenade”. Dude… you would not die for this girl. And even if you would, things can turn out much differently if you HAD to die for her. Honestly, if someone was throwing grenades at her (I’m giggling to myself because all I can think of is Jersey Shore right now… sorry if you don’t understand the reference), you’d be like “Sorry, lady. Your eyes were wide open during our first kiss. You ain’t right” and then peace out. Yet again, I am not saying all guys are this way. I’m just saying that Bruno Mars’ "logical reasoning" isn’t very clear to me.
I’m going to give homes some credit. “Billionaire” is complete truth. You’re a freaking liar if you wrote a song saying you don’t want to be a billionaire.
